A Thursday wedding? Outdoors at sunset? Yes, please! The Moroccan themed wedding of Moe and Anna was spectacular. The ceremony was outdoors near sunset under the shade of large trees. Candles and mirrors lined the aisle accenting the setting sun. From branches lanterns and decorations hung, creating the perfect atmosphere for a wedding ceremony.
Before the ceremony the couple elected to have a "first look". This is a great way to complete the majority of the formal photos before the guest arrive. Anna had so many creative ideas for formal photos that she made my job easy.
My favorite part of the wedding ceremony was when Moe and Anna invited their girls to join them and then gave each of them bracelets. The bracelets were a symbol of not just a union of bride and groom, but also the creation of a new family.
After the ceremony we finished a few formals and the couple then entered their reception with a grand entrance. The reception area was filled with exquisite centerpieces, a long dessert table, chocolate fountain, and a kid area complete with legos and books.
Anna and Moe your kindness, warmth, and love showed through out your wedding. It was truly an honor to have been selected to photograph your wedding. Have fun on your honeymoon!
